An Endless Passion for Music

For Discovery, for People, for Life...

When Greg was just a child, he began playing the Hawaiian Guitar for his family church. It was there where the young musician began to hone his skills and learn how to craft songs for the youth choir.

Growing up in Georgetown South Carolina, the son of a gospel duo who made records of their own, may have given Greg an advantage that most child musicians didn’t have. He went on to be an outstanding band and choir student in high school where Greg won talent shows, SC All State Choir, and All-county band. (Snare Drum).

He would later take his talents to Atlanta, where he was awarded a band and choir scholarship to Morris Brown College. Shortly after college Greg created a male R&B group and gained a Record deal with Uptown MCA. This was where Whizz says his passion for music production was fully activated. After gaining knowledge from some of the industry’s top artists and producers, of that time, he settled back in the South with a mission to give back to the community where it all started. This is how G-Whizz Productions LLC was born.

Greg received his specialist certification in music production, music publishing and mastering from Berklee College of music. G-Whizz has assisted with several records as both Producer and Songwriter. Some of the artists you may know; French Montana – Yo Gotti – Ace Hood – Fred The Godson – Busta Rhymes – Nino Brown – Alyson Blaire -Sab Young and More.

Stay Hungry and Strong 🔥

“What would you do for success? How far would you go to be successful? Would you sacrifice some of your pride? Once you know what you know, the next person will have to walk the same path before they can gain your perspectives and drive.

The struggle is yours to be harnessed. It sets you aside. Sometimes, you have to go through some types of hardship to advance to the next level that you are targeting.

It’s not always about the failure, but more about courage. Its the courage to continue that creates the true value out of your struggle. The road to success is different for everyone. Once you have failed you gain something through the failure”.
